Heads-Up is designed to allow any member of the Molson Coors team to act as a brand ambassador in the on or off trade, feeding back opportunities, good news stories and issues they spot in their own time.
Individuals can easily let internal teams know when customers need support by requesting action – from ordering branded glassware, requesting an engineer call out, commenting on promotions, highlighting out of stocks and flagging new business leads.
The app will automatically create a ‘ticket’ for the relevant Molson Coors team so feedback is actioned quickly ensuring a great experience for our customers. The app also allows users to share when they’ve had a great, perfectly served pint of our brands!
